KOKORO is an innovative web and mobile HR tool which uses interactive graphics to capture a sentiment in real time. It accelerates transparency, cooperation and learning within the organization.
Kokoro application is an integrated solution with 3 roles: an Administrator (Kokoro’s team) — web via desktop, a Team Lead (the client’s team lead) — mobile, a Respondent (a member of the client’s team) — web via mobile device.
Main features are:
- The Administrator is able to set up a new company and share the Kokoro mobile application access link with the Team Lead.
- The Team Lead selects an appropriate emotion theme and installs the beat. Unicosft has already delivered 2 themes out of 10 that the client has in mind: Workspace satisfaction and Psychological safety.
- All Respondents, including the Team Lead, complete the beat. They answer several questions with beautiful and clever graphics that are intuitively understandable.
- Everybody in the team gets real-time anonymous results, analyses them together with the Kokoro team, and decides on the next steps to take to improve the environment in the company.
